IMMEDIATE VACANCY - Accounting Executive (Accounts Receivable) (1 Vacancy)
Job Summary:
• Establish customer invoicing rules to allow for correct billing.
• Research and correct customer invoice issues and resolve the root cause to avoid future issues.
• Research invoices for missing data need for processing.
• Process email communications related to invoicing.
• Contribute to billing process improvements.
• Handle with clients and other personnel any disputed invoicing, purchase/service orders and operational disputes.
• Prepare detailed tracking system to track purchase order values, invoiced amounts and remaining available values.
• Research and understand client policies and procedures with respect to billing and collection processes.

Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or equivalent with minimum two years working experience.
• Basic math skills and Microsoft Office skills required.
• Ability to complete complex reconciliations.
• Intermediate excel skills required but advanced preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Deal constructively with conflict and responds professionally to clients and other personnel.
• Detailed oriented and work accurately and consistently with a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrate effective negotiation techniques with clients and responds appropriately.
