JUNIOR /SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) EXECUTIVE

JUNIOR /SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) EXECUTIVE

(Based In Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya)

Provide HR administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefit as well as maintenance of HR records.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Proficient in HR matter;
2) A multi-tasking person and able to work under pressure;
3) Candidates must possess at least a Higher Diploma with minimum 2 years’ experience or a Degree in Human Resource Management;
4) Good planning, organizing and multi-tasking skills will be added advantage;
5) Team player with good interpersonal skills, mature, resourceful and independent;
6) Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Conducts interviews up to Executive level and arrange interviews for management levels as and when required by the management upon obtaining Managing Director‘s approval.
2) Managing employees’ database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters, contracts and memo timely and accurately during employment till end of contract.
3) Responsible in the handling and dealing with employees relation issues that included employee counseling, misconduct investigation, grievances handling and so on.
4) Occasionally source for free-lance technicians within short notice and places them appropriately as per operations requirement;
4) Develop and administer compensation programs, monitor performance evaluation program and revise them when necessary;
5) Coordinates and liaise with external Consultants on employees training needs and arranges training schedules for employees ;
6) Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training program and maintain all the training records as per the ISO 9001 system;
7) Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, and training schedules.
8 ) Assists Accounts Department in planning and preparing monthly headcount report for both contractual and permanent ;
9) Preparation of contract agreements and salary schedule on a monthly basisfor freelancers or contractual personnel.
10) Handle monthly payroll and yearly IR8A forms for employees.
11) Assist Managing Director as and when required
12) Conducts exit interview and preparation of clearance pay.
