Reservoir Engineer



Location: Houston, Texas
Hours: Flexible hours schedule
Responsibilities include optimization of economic performance of company assets. A candidate with experience in development of onshore U.S., lower 48 properties is desired. Specific experience in the Permian Basin, Anadarko and Ardmore Basins, Illinois Basin, the Powder River, Central KS Uplift, Big Horn Basins, and the Williston Basin are preferred.

This position requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferably Petroleum Engineering). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of petroleum industry experience with an emphasis on reservoir studies and economic evaluations. The successful candidate will possess high computer literacy while proficiency with PHDWIN economic software and PETRA petroleum project management software is a plus. This candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in maximizing waterflood recoveries and secondary recovery assets is a plus.
