Our client is a multinational company who operates at the forefront of the Oil & Gas industry, including the operation of E & P of oil and gas.  

Sarawak Shell Berhad Miri is looking for Project Engineers

Work Scope:-

1.    To provide assistance to Project Managers of Telecom and Collaboration in term of local site support and management and to provide technical expertise requirement to address directly to project managers for issues and situation identified during project phase.

2.    Support in Telecoms and Collaboration Project execution and management Activities.    

3.    To provide onsite supervision during Project execution including HSSE.

4.    To provide technical oversight and Assurance during Project Execution.

5.    To perform the role of the Onsite Project representative.

Requirements:-

1.    Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in IT and Network (LAN / WLAN / Cloud / cabling / Commissioning and Decommissioning)

2.    Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Project Management inclusive of Weekly and Monthly Reporting, Risk monitoring and incident Reporting.

3.    Have working experience in Field Telecommunication system – Microwave, UHF Radio, VSAT troposcatter, Fibre Optics, POP and Structure office cabling etc

4.    Have working experience in CISCO – Access Switch, Distribution Switch, Core Switch.

5.    Have working experience in electrical component – Gen set, Junction box, DB Box.

6.    Knowledge in Vendor Management and local site operation team change management and coordination.

Qualification:-

• Minimum Information Technology (IT) certificate and / or Electrician certificate or equivalent.
