Work In Iraq

Our Operations are based at the Halfaya Oilfield in Missan Province, approximately 190 km North of Basrah and 25km South East of Amarah at the Halfaya Oilfield. We have over 200 International employees in Iraq and approximately 300 Iraqi local employees.

International employees coming to work for us in Iraq work on a 28/28 rotation. Employees work 28 days in country where the hours of work are 12 hours per day. We offer a competitive salary package made up of basic monthly salary and overseas allowance for each working day in Iraq.  All positions are normally offered on a permanent basis.  Accommodation, meals and transportation during work rotation in Iraq is provided by the Company free of charge.  During the 28 days rotation leave, employees will travel back to their point of origin with tickets provided by the company.  Rotation leave is inclusive of all holiday entitlement and payment for this is included in the monthly salary. Employees are covered by the company’s comprehensive Medical and Life Insurance policies. 

For local Iraq employees, the normal working week is 5 days, Sunday to Thursday, 40 hours per week from 7am to 4pm with one hour lunch break.  Depending on the role some local staff work on a rotation basis.  We offer a generous salary package made up of basic salary, field allowance and transport allowance, plus a range of benefits.

The above position is currently sought by an international oil & gas based in Halfaya, Iraq. The person:

1. Male
2. A degree holder
3. Age between 30-35
4. Some experience in oil & gas industry
5. Some industrial environmental inspections
6. Good English & Reporting Skills.

The person will be working in Halfaya Oilfield, Iraq on 28/28 rotation, business class flight ticket, very good remuneration packages, etc.
